What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
We strive to have your order fulfilled within 3 days and delivered to Australia Post for shipping. If you need the order urgently, you can contact us and we can try our best to complete ASAP. Kindly note, our handling times do not include shipping and delivery periods.
For Australian orders - Standard shipping is $10 AUD and Express shipping is $15 AUD. Please select from these options at checkout.
For International orders - International shipping costs are quoted while adding items to your cart. Since there are many different rates for each country it will be difficult to state.
Standard parcel postage will have a tracking number that will be supplied to you on packing of your order and can then be tracked at www.auspost.com.au
Express Postage - This service is available, however, it will not be delivered to you overnight due to Chinchilla being outside the overnight deliverable zone. But it will definitely shave a few days off standard parcel delivery and can be tracked at www.auspost.com.au
International Postage - Please contact me for more information regarding the time it may take to get your international delivery at hello@lovemagnet.com.au
Queensland School Holiday Periods & Other Service Disruptions
Orders placed during Queensland School Holidays or during high-traffic sale periods (for example, the end of the financial year, Cyber weekends etc) will have longer dispatch days.
Can I update or make changes to my order?
Please advise us within 24 hours of your order being placed at hello@lovemagnet.com.au and we will try our best to accommodate.
If your order has gone into production during this 24 hour period, we cannot make any changes.
Return or refund on my order?
We want you to love your purchase as much as we do.
Since our products are made to order and are personalised, we're unfortunately unable to accept returns or provide refunds based on change of mind or use outside of what the product is intended for.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, an exchange or refund will be offered. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@lovemagnet.com.au We would appreciate the opportunity to work with you to resolve or refund your order.
How are the magnets made?
We're a family business located in Australia and each magnet is made with the highest quality materials and hand assembled by us in our home studio!
Do you do bulk orders?
We sure do! Whether it be for business or personal purposes, we can definitely do it for you!

How do I care for my magnets?
- Keep them clean - wipe your magnets with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and dirt regularly.
- Do not immerse the magnets.
- Store them carefully when not in use - store them away from high heats and avoid abrasive materials rubbing on the magnets surface, particularly during transport to reduce risk of scratches.
